    Java error when launching minecraft

    I try to launch minecraft forge 38.0.1 (forge for minecraft 1.18) and get this error: Exception in thread "main" java.lang.module.FindException: Module cpw.mods.securejarhandler not found, required by cpw.mods.bootstraplauncher at java.base/java.lang.module.Resolver.findFail(Resolver.java:893) at java.base/java.lang.module.Resolver.resolve(Resolver.java:192) at java.base/java.lang.module.Resolver.resolve(Resolver.java:141) at java.base/java.lang.module.Configuration.resolveAndBind(Configuration.java:492) at java.base/java.lang.module.Configuration.resolveAndBind(Configuration.java:298) at cpw.mods.bootstraplauncher.BootstrapLauncher.main(BootstrapLauncher.java:83) I use JDK 17.0.0 I run with these settings: executable file: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-17\bin\javaw.exe JVM arguments: -Xmx4G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xmn128M -XX:+IgnoreUnrecognizedVMOptions "clean" game starts without any problems (also no problems with optifine) Any ideas how to resolve this problem?
