    Forge 1.12.1 crashing with no mods. First it says cannot download files then it says it crashed upon starting

    I tried reinstalling and getting the right version of java. I looked in the logs folder and crash report of .minecraft and could not find any logs there so I don't know what to attach here. I get this error when launching https://prnt.sc/updgZiUKmTki
