  1. help with downloading forge 1.8.9

    I have issues with downloading Forge for version 1.8.9 of minecraft. A file doesn't register. The org.scala-lang:scala-xml_2.11:1.0.2. I downloaded the file and put it in it's folder, but when I run the program again (Forge 1.8.9 installer), it still says that the liberary failed to download. Any suggestions to solve the problem (or just general help)?
