I finally changed it to C:/Windows/temp and now I can open forge, thank you very much for all your help

Okay ty very much Also what folder should i change it to?

Then how could i fix it So when I open the installer it creates a temporary file but because i don't have permisson it doesn't create and thats why i can't open it?
