    Modded MC 1.16.5 weird freeze when exploring

    Hello, So I have an issue with two different modpack, (one in 1.16.5 forge, and an other one 1.19 fabric) and the issue is the same for both. When I'm generating the world when exploring, randomly the world freeze, all the entities stop working, they don't move, I can't interact with them or kill them. I can't open any chest, or eat, when I break something I don't get the bloc, but I can walk jump. I already have tried : Optifine on and off, Mipmap levels, RAM at 4Go, 6Go,8Go and 10Go (I have 16Go). The only mods that both have are : Bookshelf, JEI and mousetweaks.
