    Nevermind I have partially solved the problem. For some reason forge installer just decided that it can't connect to https://piston-meta.mojang.com/v1/packages/8d1804a2a34980e46740b4c5164730e0db809190/1.20.1.json but actually I can connect to it. Don't know why, but hey it worked.

    Forge version forge-1.20.1-47.2.0 Java version Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 17.0.6+9-LTS-190) Poly MC laungcher log:https://pastebin.com/0rBwE3uX It seems that I just cannot connet to java. This does not occur when I last installed other forge versions, but now I tried several different forge and minecraft versions and only minecraft 1.20.1 has this issue.
