    For example, i have a Minecraft profile on a unique folder on my D drive, but forge seems to only be installed in the .minecraft folder, which i don't want to because i want to have my C drive apart from any games.

    For some reason, when the pc's screensaver appears, Minecraft just ceases to work, and gets so laggy it dies. (305 mods in my modpack for ref) This is a real issue. I'm not joking.
