    Can't get Forge to install with Java, any advice?

    Hello! Today I was introduced to a modded Minecraft server but it had way too much on it for me, so I decided I wanted to just go back to Single player and use a few mods to spruce up my vanilla experience, but unfortunately I am having a really hard time with getting Forge to install. Anytime I try to run the Forge Launcher, it appears the command prompt pops up for a split second and then disappears. I completely reinstalled Java and Minecraft, opened Minecraft on 1.19.3, and then downloaded the 1.19.3 Forge launcher, and attempted to open it with Java and again, had the same issue. Turned off my firewall, same thing. I am at a loss at this point and unsure of how to proceed. Any advice? TIA!
