  1. I tried invalidating caches, but It didnt fix the problem. I wonder if Maven isnt properly installed. Any troubleshooting thread it talked about deleting the maven-deploy-plugin folder, yet in my root folder for m2 theres no folders for maven, so it could be that. But I also cant really find any case of this happening googling so im not sure if an incomplete install even is possible. Edit: I fully manually reinstalled Maven and that seems to not have been the problem. I wish I knew what was causing this.

  3. Everytime I try to make build.gradle load it from the web it seems to be unable to locate it and I get this error: Running it through with scan or debug gives the same outputs. Anyone know whats going on there? I followed the github wiki for installing parchment mc 1:1 and from what I understand my ForgeGradle is also up to date for it. settings.gradle is set up according to the wiki too: On some threads people fixed it by deleting the maven-deploy-plugin folder under .m2/repository/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-deploy-plugin, but on my install of Intellij theres no apache folder in org, hence no maven folder. Another plugin - JEI managed to be installed without problems, just Parchment MC is having trouble. build.gradle set up:
