    not normal amounts of Cpu usage

    My cpu usage when moving around on 1.19.2 forge causes my cpu usage to go up to 100 and when i click off of the game it goes back to normal, i thought it was minecraft not using my gpu but when i open minecraft it goes up from 6% to 13% usage the image above is a screenshot of minecrafts cpu usage % when i shake my mouse around gpu usage is 13%
