    3rd person glitching

    I redownloaded Minecraft after not playing for years and decided to download forge to play mods Every time I load into the world and try to switch perspectives it shows flashes of the ground and won't stop until I switch back to first person. I thought it was the mods so I took them and created a world to check it out and the same problem Tried to uninstall Forge (deleting the mods folder) and redownloading but still the same thing Any solutions?
