Another thing that happens to me when I teleport to the nether is that my inventory disappears and a void structure block, structure block and a spawner appear.

When I write in the chat and send the message the death message appears "player fell out of the world"and then I am teleported to the nether but with the overworld chuncks the game difficulty changes without me doing anything and the game also changes the day to the night.
