Ahhhh! I finally figured it out! All I did was simply run minecraft and when it come to download the scala-library I disconnect my internet and it work like magic! Thanks anyway!

Same here, I tried download it from google chrome and IE9 and still can't download it! The error log: Help! I sometimes can get to play minecraft but I have no idea how the scala-library downloaded. I mean, they are just NOT there so I have to download it every time!
