    Mods menu isn't working and resource packs aren't loading

    I was installing some mods on Forge yesterday and Minecraft kept crashing so I checked all the mods to see which one was crashing Minecraft and found it and removed it but now that it isn't crashing the button that says "Mods" on the menu now says "fml.menu.mods" and when I open the menu it only shows "Minecraft" and "Forge" in the mods list even though I have other mods installed and whenever I open the game it says in the top right that my resource packs didn't load. How do I fix this?
