In your config folder, delete the forge-server.toml file If there is no such file, check the worldsave, serverconfig folder

Yes - "swem-forge" indicates a forge base, but fabric is mentioned later Remove veinminer - for further issues, maybe consider using a forge based modpack using sinytra connector which allows you to load fabric mods

There is an issue with BCLib - maybe reinstall this modpack or try another build of it Or remove BCLib and BetterNether/BetterEnd
