Is there a mod Fabric Resource Conditions API? If not, then it refers to fabric-api (try other builds) or a fabric mod - remove these one by one until you find the one causing this issue

Start with adding connector / connector-extras and fabric-api If this works, add the fabric mods one by one or in groups until you find the mod causing this issue

Make a test without fabric-api and all fabric mods
