It is an issue with Optifine Use Forge 43.2.14 (may break other mods) or replace Optifine with Rubidium + Oculus

I am not sure, but the JAVA_HOME part is not working that way - you have to use the full path Reinstall Java 8 and use the default path - then use "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_391\bin\javaw.exe"

Did you put it into quotation marks?

Use the direct path and the javaw.exe - something like "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-1.8\bin\javaw.exe"

Use a Custom Launcher like FTB App, MultiMC or AT Launcher With these you can install pre-configured modpacks like All in one: Create or Create and Guns

Also add the latest.log from your logs-folder

In your script, replace the word java with the java 8 path (to the javaw.exe) Put the path into quotation marks

Which CPU/GPU are you using?

Test is with reinstalling these

Check for CPU/GPU driver updates

Use C:\Users\ATLauncher\ as directory and reinstall the modpack

Add the log from the AT Launcher - maybe there are some new information
