Try another Java build https://www.azul.com/downloads/#zulu and set the path to C:\Program Files\Zulu\zulu-17\bin\javaw.exe

You are using 1.16.5 Also make sure the mods are for the same version viaforge is a 1.12.2 mod

It is an issue with Rubidium and Oculus - try an older build of Rubidium

Looks like Rubidium has issues rendering some fluids (lava) Does it work without Rubidium and Oculus?
