Ok, let's change the java build Follow these steps one by one: Install this version of Java 8: https://www.azul.com/downloads/?version=java-8-lts&os=windows&architecture=x86-64-bit&package=jre&show-old-builds=true Scroll down to 8u302b08 and install this build - make sure it is this build On your Desktop, create a folder "server" Redownload Forge: https://files.minecraftforge.net/net/minecraftforge/forge/index_1.7.10.html Download the "Installer" Click on the Installer, choose "Install Server" and select the "server" folder on your Desktop After Installation, open the server folder and create eula.txt Open this file and write eula=true Create another new text file and rename it to start.bat Edit (not open) the bat file and paste: "C:\Program Files\Zulu\zulu-8\bin\javaw.exe" -Xmx2G -jar forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1614-1.7.10-universal.jar pause Save it and click on the run.bat file
  4. Restart the server and check for a new log file
  5. Create a text file eula.txt and write eula=true into it and test it again
