You have to check for the listed javaw.exe (manage 3D settings - program settings - recently used) in the Nvidia Control Panel

Make sure Java is running with the Nvidia GPU https://windowsreport.com/minecraft-not-using-gpu/

Also add the full latest.log (logs-folder)
