Are you operator? Did you try /check_haki now or /check_haki threshold Do other commands work? Like /mineminenomi hakiexp Or commands from other mods/plugins and vanilla?

Backup the world and remove gtceu Loading the map without it will remove all the content of gtceu Then add the mod again and rebuilt the gtceu stuff - and avoid using the reactor
