Just figured it out. I had to update my AMD integrated graphics. I didn't realize you needed to update that as well.

Please let me know if there's anything else I need to do to help figure out what's causing the problem

I've been having problems with getting Forge to work on my computer even though I've never had a problem before this. I made sure my drivers were up to date and that there are no mods in my mod folder. Any help would be appreciated as I haven't found a solution to my problem yet.
