    mods not loading correctly

    Pastebin: https://pastebin.com/aUXDzq9a ive been trying to help a friend join our server, however its straight up not loading the mods? Theres 106 of them, and theyre showing in the bottom left of the main menu screen, he's reset his ip and ive given them my mods folder, but its still not letting them in (showing connection timed out: no further information). When i took a look at the latest.log, it shows that the mods are straight up not loading?? im a bit lost on what to do next, so any and all help is appreciated 😭
