Yes I've tried that one, that one works. But the one I'm trying to use now has more breeds, and again, it worked fine a year ago, so I really don't get what's wrong.

Okay, but what do I do about that? It worked fine a year ago and I changed nothing about the files.

Around a year ago I played a 1.7.10 version of the copious dogs mod, it was fine, everything worked, no issues. Now a year later, I try and start it up again and place the exact same file in the mods folder and the game keeps crashing and gives this message: The game crashed: initializing game Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Initializing game It also gives the code -1. I don't know what happened and what I can do about it, it is the only mod in the folder so it can't be clashing with other ones and it worked fine before. Just for sure I tried deleting and redownloading Minecraft, but that didn't help. I went looking for the mod and downloaded it fresh and tried again. No changes. So if anyone has any ideas, I'd be grateful.
