    forge jar file won't start server second time

    I have been trying to install a forge server so I can use the Dalek Mod. I use the installer and it successfully creates the files and then I double click on the forge jar to load it. It works the first time and the server runs but then the next time I try it says the jar cannot be launched. Please help! I am using a macbook pro with osx 10.8.4 For some strange reason there aren't any crash reports! and I can't find them!
