no no no i tried it without any mods!

well when I'm around players I lag and around projectiles I lag I have more player models radar bro and optifine

I have forge version 9.10.0.804 and it seriously lags. all the 1.6.2 versions lag that i've tried. I tried both launchers and I have tried it without any mods. What do I do? i have 4 gb of ram and a sony vaio computer if thats the problem. It was just fine in 1.5.2 so I dont think its my computer. Oh and it works well in singleplayer like 40-50 fps but in multiplayer its really laggy.
