So ive been looking all over the place and i cant find an answer to this and i hope this is the right place so here we go. So i downloaded the latest version of Forge. And whenever i try to run it with the Java Platform SE Binary i get this little black popup box that appears for a moment kinda like the command prompt box. Then it just vanishes leaving me forgeless. Ive tried multiple ways of trying to get it to work even re installing java but nothing seems to be working. I figure because its windows 8 but i dunno. Im running classic shell so any instructions can be given in eiyther windows 8 or windows 7 format. Thanks guys I hope theresz someone out there who has had this problem and has a solution.
