    True enough. It does work in the official launcher...now I just can't get Optifine to load there (no idea what's up with that), but that's not a Forge problem AFAICT.

    If I shouldn't be using Magic Launcher, why is it recommended in the EAQ?

    Hi folks, I've been trying to get Minecraft working with Forge after a several-month hiatus, but I keep getting NullPointerExceptions, despite using the installer and so on and so forth. Current configuration: (Not depicted: [1.6.4]bspkrsCorev3.05.zip in mods tab) Error log
