Hi, I have been trying for a while to install forge on our paid server, this server is something we use just for fun and we used to have a few forge mods before 1.6 changed the procedure. I am wondering how I can get it to run now as nothing I have tried recently has worked. The steps I have taken thus-far are: 1. use 1.6.2 installer to make a server file in an empty directory and copy to server to run after renaming. this results in server starting then stopping immediatelly 2. Use the Universtal file to do it the old war (opening jar file etc) this results in the same. 3. Use server jar from step one, run on local machine, edit the server properties file to point to the right ip ect resulting in the same thing. no crash reports gets generated and the console does not show anything to hint for it closing. I cant think of anything else i can do to make it run now, so any help would be really appreciated. If yany more info is needed let me know and i will try to provide it. thanks for any help!
