    Update confusion

    Ok so I was on youtube today and saw a mod review that required forge made on November 13th, 2013 (Today) when I went to go download forge, it said, "Latest 9.11.1.952 1.6.4 11/13/2013 07:21:52 PM". Does this mean Forge is not updated? Please respond.
