How does one take a screenshot and post it?

Running it manually results with a notifacation saying that java isnt a internal or a external file.

This post may have lacked info. What I'm referring to is that when I download the installer. It responds with a message saying the .jar file that the installer is contained in is corrupt.

The Installer file is simply corrupted and I cannot download it.
