Nevermind, a program was causing that error. I figured it when i uninstalled that program and had the idea to try again running the forge source. It's working now ty everyone for using your time to try to help me.

Yes it says that the problem is at line 18. but I went there. I did everything still not working. Here's the line 18: apply plugin: 'forge'

I have errors at gradle too, when i type gradlew.bat setupDecompWorkspace in command prompt. Here's a picture from gradle:

Yes, it just stops and then nothing showing up. And 1.6.4 forge doesn't use gradle that's for 1.7.2.

Yes I'm sure. I waited an hour once and still didn't worked.

Hi, I'm rolphoe2 and I got windows 8.1 for my pc. Since then whenever i open the install.bat to install the parts needed, it freezes at a time and won't continue at all. I got java, java jdk and eclipse, but still not working. Here is an image of the cmd:
