    I did click on the skip add. I have been using mods since early beta I think I know how to download them by now. Sorry LexManos I was just trying to help by giving some more information since I am getting the same looping code, I was not trying to hijack the thread. For now i am using the DW20 server with lots of stuff removed and that is working.

    I have the same problem http://files.minecraftforge.net/ this is where i get the file i click 1.6.4-Recommended 9.11.1.965 1.6.4 11/21/2013 02:31:00 PM installer it takes me here http://adf.ly/673885/http://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/net/minecraftforge/forge/1.6.4-9.11.1.965/forge-1.6.4-9.11.1.965-installer.jar and it downloads this http://app.webinspector.com/public/tasks/18125344# i think this is the proper 1.6.4 file (it also happens for 1.7.2 and vanilla so it might not be your end it might be mojang)
