  1. Alright, I've found out what caused it, nothing to do with Forge. I had to put the sounds in 2 more folders (assets/minecraft) and now it all works fine.
  2. The only difference between the packs is that one has textures that replace the bat textures. All sound files are ogg files. I also have tried just the one pack that isn't working, on its own, and it still won't work. I cannot provide the packs as I have not uploaded them anywhere yet, all I have is a couple of videos to introduce them, on youtube, but that probably won't help much -.- Edit: I have also tried using it as zip as well as a simple folder.
  3. Hi all, I have installed Forge yesterday, to use the Unbelievable Shaders. While everything works fine and I'm ecstatically happy about how my world looks now, I've run into a minor problem. I have made two resource packs: One, which contains textures and custom sounds, to turn bats into birds. This works just fine. The other contains just custom sounds which replace the villager sounds. Although this works fine in my other minecraft installation where I don't use Forge, it doesn't work in this installation. I can not figure out for the life of me why one pack works and the other doesn't, if they are essentially the same! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
