I'm sorry I wasn't deliberately being unhelpful, I don't always have access to the computer in my flat, I just remember when I tried last night it gave an error, sorry.
Well shouldn't it work???
If astyle is in MCP and I just downloaded MCP....
And I deleted the conf folder in MCP and replaced it with the conf folder in forge?
Sorry? I need to copy the conf log from forge/conf to mcp/conf
It didn't say that in the setup tutorials.
And, just for future reference, what would the 'full' logs be?
There are loads of errors when I try to decompile with install.sh!
I know I'm obviously doing something wrong! Please enlighten me!
In order to set up forge I:
- downloaded a new mcp
-installed modloader onto a fresh minecraft.jar
-used most recent forge (for 1.2.5) and updated MCP.
-put the bin & RESOURCES into mcp62/jars
-downloaded newest forge
-put forge folder in mcp62 folder
-downloaded fernflower and put in runtime/bin
-opened terminal (mac) and ran
"cd ~/mcp62/forge
bash install.sh"

Hope this is enough information!
