    At my school, ForgeGradle downloading files seems to be blocked, and I am going to file a request to the web filter people to unblock it. In order to file the request, you need the addresses to be unblocked. This is where I ask for your help in providing me with the addresses ForgeGradle connects to while downloading, updating, and running your development environment. That is all.
