  1. Oh alright. I could of sworn I have Java 8 installed but I just checked and it is Java 9. I never would have guessed that. I installed Java 8 and it's working now. Thanks for the help
  2. I've used forge for years with minecraft and I know my way around java and setting up a dedicated server, however I'm stumped this time. I have the latest version, as mentioned in the title currently, installed on my dedicated server which the game server will run off of, and I am able to start the minecraft jar file to start up vanilla minecraft and run it perfectly fine, however when I try to start the forge file, nothing happens. Oddly, I can take the exact same file and put it on my gaming computer, and forge starts minecraft perfectly fine. The server runs Win 8.1 Pro, java is up to date, windows is up to date, there are no anti-virus or firewall softwares or any thing else running. It's a bare-bones system strictly for game servers for local game play. It's always ran perfectly fine in the past, nothing has changed other than the forge version I'm using. I was able to get a copy of the error log during startup though.
  3. Okay I have gone one by one through all my mods and a few extras even, first, I've found that the mod MrCrayfishFurnitureMod is fully compatible with Forge 1.7.10-10.13.3.1403 afterall, and I found 3 mods out of all that I've tried that do not work with this version of Forge at all. (These were the same 3 that was causing my game to crash before) 1. Millenaire 2. Solar Flux 3. Thermal Smeltery I've tested just over 200 mods now, and those are the only three I've found thus far to not be compatible.
  4. Alright, I'll go through compatibility tests one by one and figure out where the problem is, and I'll post my findings for future references.
  5. I removed MrCrayfishFurniture Mod and the best I can tell, I'm still getting the same issue/error. I created a new gist in case there is an actual difference from the first. https://gist.github.com/OmniSpecter/dcbea6cff020a47b8aee/
  6. Sorry, I posted the log when I tried the game without mods. I've fixed the log now, same link. Note: Forge says I have 186 mods installed, so it's quite a long log file
  7. I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro x64, Java SE JDK 8_45 x64, MC 1.7.10, and Forge 1.7.10-10.13.3.1403. Everything has been running great till today for some odd reason, all I've done is defragged my HDD last night. The mods and everything else hasn't changed any, but the game no longer runs. I've also tried erasing the entire game and downloading a fresh copy of the launcher and forge, and put just the 'mods' folder back, so it has to regenerate all the extra files, and it didn't help any. If I remove the mods folder (and config, and whatever other files belong to the mods) and run just MC with Forge, it starts up no problem. But I've tried looking over the logs and nothing indicates a single problem with my mods, especially since they have been working previously. Maybe I'm overlooking something or just don't understand it enough to figure it out but I'm lost as to the problem. If FML is having an issue with a mod suddenly, I'm not sure which one it is. I also made sure all my mods are fully up to date as well (recommended/latest versions - not beta versions) just a few days ago and wasn't having trouble after updating my mods. https://gist.github.com/OmniSpecter/a0c04b3b247f9f3f1058
