there is no logs i tried installing forge for 1.7.10 and it wouldnt install the libraries

where do i go and how do i do that?

i try installing 1.7.10 forge and when it downloads it says: These libraries failed to download. TRY AGAIN! please help me admin or someone plz

when ever i try to use the the installer for 1.5.2 is will stp downloading and come up with an error that the libraries wont install
