please Help! a few weeks ago i installed windows ten, and then i finally got around to re downloading my minecraft. Obviously, and like almost any one, i wanted some mods. BTW i'm using the latest version of minecraft. I then come here to download forge as a jar file. So i use java as the file opener. When i do attempt to open it, it does nothing. it just flashes a miniature icon of that screen. i have no idea what the problem is, or how to fix it. thank you
