  1. Forge for Minecraft 1.7.10

    I'm trying to help my grandson with his Minecraft and Mods. He want to use Ore Spawn and a number of other mods for this version. I've downloaded Minecraft and changed the profile to 1.7.10 and downloaded Forge for 1.7.10. However when I restart Minecraft it doesn't give me the option of the forge profile from the drop down menu. Would appreciate any suggestions (please keep it simple).
