    Mac can't install forge

    the file download comes in a zip format not a jar....therefore i can't just google how to run jar file because whenever i download gives me zip file not jar, When I double-click, it creates a folder (forge-1.11.2-13.20.0.2206-installer) but doesn't open the Forge Installer.

    can't install forge, i click 1.11.2 and download the installer, downloads as zip, open that goes to a folder named ( forge-1.11.2-13.20.0.2227-installer) has all the contents? so confusing i thought suppose to come up as an installer not a zip, i click installer forge not universal, try several times
