Tried it, still get an immediate black screen after Mojang pops up. I know it's not my graphics drivers because it was running fine before I updated to 1.4.5 and it runs fine without the mods.

I'm running Minecraft 1.4.5, and I'm using FML version 6.4.0.394. I have tried using the Magic Launcher to install FML first and then my mods (Rei's Minimap v3.2_05, InvTweaks 1.45-1.4.4, and OptiFine 1.4.5 HD_D3) and I've also tried dragging the files from the FML zip filer into minecraft.jar and then running through the Magic Launcher, and nothing has worked. I haven't found much about 1.4.5 yet and I'm assuming not many people have switched. This is the only error I get:
