Forge Server 1.14.4 doesn't start

Hello, i tried multiple time to instal a Forge server in 1.14.4 but after the installation, nothing works.

The singleplayer forge work perfectly and my vanilla server too.

I tried ALL the installer for 1.14.4 but no one is working for me.

I also tried to run manually the .jar and JarFix but same result.
