trying to install forge for sponge

hi i downloaded spongeforge and the version is spongeforge-1.12.2-2838-7.3.0 so i need to download the same version of forge, i downloaded the universal version of it, the installer one and the windows exe one. none of the 3 opens, i tried running manually the .jar by cmd : just and example  (java -jar forgeversion.jar) and when i do that this happens (showns in the picture below) what can i do? i need to use this forge version for sponge to work am trying to make a forgepluginsmodded server so. anyways to make this works?

oh i forgot tryied with java 64 bits and 32 bits nothings works.
