Hey there guys can anyone help me i like a minecraft 1.7.10 lighsabers mod ( https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/advanced-lightsabers ) can anyone make it for a newer version of minecraft? thanks

If you want, rewrite the mod yourself.
