Is it possible to create a Entitylist on a modded server?

Hey I would just like to find out is it possible to create a list of all the entities in the game and port it to a file I can read because I need to find out all the entity id's on my server and it has 300+ mods. Or can I run a command to list all the entities in console?
I saw this in a earlier thread 

 

 but I am unsure of what it means.
