My Optifine won't work with my mods

I am using a mod pack I put together myself on CurseForge. It works perfectly on it's own. Then I throw Optifine in its' mod folder and it crashes with this message:

[ The game crashed whilst initializing game Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Initializing game Exit Code: -1 ]

I have tried pretty much everything; reinstalling Minecraft, updating Java (even though it didn't need to be updated), using multiple different versions of Forge, using the other Optifine versions for 1.16.5 - I don't really know what else to do. I'll insert a Pastebin of the Crash Report, and of the Latest Log. I don't know which one is useful, so I'll put both.

Forge 1.20.1 OpenAL 40963 and 40961 in DynamicSoundFilters

I copied the mod from Fabric to Forge, but errors 40963 and 40961 appear, I still don’t know the reason, I tried it in a single world, it doesn’t reproduce, the reason for the error is unknown, sometimes it exists and sometimes it doesn’t. andre111/dynamicsoundfilters: GitHub repository
The ported code to Forge is no different from the original, so you can use the source code for testing. The same error occurred on the Fabric build, mods that were on both builds:

I only know that the error occurs along the following path: MixinSoundSystem call onPlay -> FilterManager call updateSoundInstance

My friend keeps getting disconnected from our Forge Server

It is, but that is mainly to set up configs per player, I think. I don't believe it is messing chest inventories. I can try to remove that one tho and see if it fixes anything.
