So I coded the Axe but i have a problem 

here is the code

the thick ones are the problem

thats what it says when i hover over it

-The method getStrVsBlock(ItemStack, IBlockState) is undefined for the type ItemTool
-efficiencyOnProperMaterial cannot be resolved or is not a field
