[1.17.1] Access transformer issue

Hello, does anyone have any idea why the access transformers (for entries in LootPool and pools in LootTable) do not work but the last one works?

I do not want to modify them, just read them to display possible loot

One more weird thing that I have noticed is that IntelliJ sometimes lets me use it as it would be public:

However when I click on the definition it is private:
