(1.16.5) Minecraft server not working.

I need some help. i want to start my own minecraft modded server. But when i run forgeserver.jar it doesn't start. when i do it in the command prompt with this command "java -Xmx4096M -jar forgeserver.jar nogui
pause" i only get this line of s#it:

I need some help cus im near that point where i just delete minecraft and commit illegal things. Please answer as soon as possible.

nope, same error line. installed both 11 and 8
